| Additional Information | After many minutes Windows pops up an error message screen shown in the first of the attached screenshots. Windows also pops up the second attached screenshot window. I clicked "Continue Application" near the upper right corner. After a few minutes Windows popped up the error message screen shown in the 3rd attached screenshot. | ||||
